Inventory automation, built around your systems.
If a person on your team reconciles stock by hand every week, that is the process we remove. We connect the systems you already run into one stock number, and automate the counting, the alerts and the reconciliation. We are a Vancouver B2B software team and work with businesses across Canada.
Where inventory accuracy breaks down
It is rarely one big failure. It is small gaps that compound:
- The POS, the online store and the spreadsheet each hold a different number for the same item.
- Counts happen on whatever schedule someone has time for, and get typed in by hand.
- Receiving, returns and waste are recorded late, or in a note nobody reads.
- Reconciliation is a weekly hunt through transactions from memory.
- By mid-week the numbers are a guess again, and reorder decisions are made on the guess.
What we build
One source of truth
One system owns the stock number. Everything else reads from it or writes to it through a defined path, not a copy-paste.
Automated sync
Stock moves between your POS, e-commerce (Shopify and others), and back office automatically, on your rules, with a log you can audit.
Reconciliation that flags, not hunts
A scheduled job compares expected versus counted and surfaces the discrepancies for review. Nobody scrolls a transaction list.
Reorder signals
Low-stock and slow-mover alerts based on real movement, sent where your team already works.
An owner view
A simple dashboard: what is short, what is dead, what moved, without opening four tools.
Built on your stack
Odoo, Shopify, a POS, a warehouse sheet, an accounting package. We work with what you keep.
How a build runs
- 1Free audit
About 30 minutes. We map the systems, the manual steps, and where the numbers diverge. You keep the map either way.
- 2Written scope
What connects to what, what gets automated, what stays manual on purpose, and a fixed price and timeline.
- 3Build in stages
On our own infrastructure, with something usable in your hands early rather than a reveal at the end.
- 4Run it with you
We stay on it after launch. Your data and your accounts stay yours, and are exportable.
Automation versus a spreadsheet
Spreadsheets are fine until the count depends on someone remembering to update three of them. Automation is worth building when the manual reconciliation is a recurring job, when stock lives in more than one system, or when a wrong number costs a sale or a write-off. If none of that is true yet, we will tell you at the audit.
We have built inventory systems for multi-location retail operations on Odoo and Shopify. Details are kept anonymous until a client approves being named, and we do not publish result percentages we cannot show you.
