This notice covers cigsaas.com, the public website of CIG SaaS, a division of Castillo Investment Group in Vancouver, BC. It does not cover account.cigsaas.com or admin.cigsaas.com, which have their own terms shown when you sign in.
What we collect when you contact us
When you send the business audit form or request an on-site visit, we receive what you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number, the kind of business you run, and what you tell us about your operation. For a visit we also receive the address you give us.
Along with it we record how you arrived: the referring website, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and which page you were on when you started the form. We use that to know which of our efforts actually reach people, and for nothing else.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, run the audit or visit you asked for, and follow up about it. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our lead system, hosted on Google Workspace. Google processes that data on our behalf as our service provider. Our own communication with you happens by email and phone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit which pages and which routes lead to an enquiry. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google, who process it on our behalf. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
If you would rather not be measured, most browsers can block these cookies, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on for Analytics. Blocking it does not affect anything on this site, including the forms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live business relationship or a realistic prospect of one, and then we remove them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will handle it. There is no form and no ticket system for this.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to our lead records is limited to the people who need it. If something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you rather than wait to be asked.
