Know your world.
Processes, documents and business context. Make the knowledge behind your operation available to the workflows that need it.

JARVIS AI · A CIGSAAS SOLUTION
Your intelligence. Connected to your world.
Meet Jarvis AI. Intelligence configured around your business.
Connected to your tools. Guided by your rules.
MEET JARVIS AI · BY CIGSAAS
Jarvis AI brings your business context, specialised brains, agents and tools into one configurable environment. We design the architecture and controls around your operation, then implement the workflows that matter.
Processes, documents and business context. Make the knowledge behind your operation available to the workflows that need it.
Specialised brains organise requests and coordinate agents with the tools permitted for each task.
Agents prepare or perform scoped actions through implemented workflows, with records and human review where required.
ONE JARVIS. SPECIALISED BRAINS.
We design brains around your operation. Each has context, tools and a purpose. These examples show how a Jarvis configuration can support different parts of the business.
Connect prospect context, draft proposals and follow-up tasks so your team can enter the next conversation prepared.
Illustrative configurations, not separate products or a list of included features. Brains, tools and workflows are agreed for each project.
FROM INTENT TO ACTION
A request starts a defined workflow: retrieve context, prepare a proposal, ask for review when required and record the result.
Illustrative demonstration with sample data. It does not connect to client accounts or perform real actions.
Jarvis, draft a proposal for the new client and prepare the follow-up.
Request + service catalogue + business policies.
Commercial drafts. Operations checks the scope.
Document and message ready for your review.
The draft is ready. Shall we approve the next step?
MORE THAN AN INTERFACE
See where your system runs, what it connects to and which actions your team can review. The architecture is designed for your agreed deployment.
Operational components run in the VPS or environment agreed for your business. Our model supports separate client environments with central administration; the deployed services and boundaries are defined for your project.
Hosting capacity, monitoring, backups and recovery requirements are agreed during design.
YOUR WORLD, CONNECTED
We connect your intelligence environment to the systems behind your operation. Every integration has a purpose, permissions and a defined scope.
Inventory workflows connected to their source.
Connected commerce, with scoped access.
Requests, operations and APIs.
Connections depend on provider APIs, licences and authorised access. We confirm availability and scope before implementation.
CAPABILITY WITH CONTROL
Define what Jarvis may do, which information it may use and when your team needs to review the next step.
Give each agent the tools and access required for its agreed scope.
Implemented workflows can record the request, the action and its result for operational review.
Agree monitoring, backup and recovery requirements for your environment and support scope.
FROM YOUR OPERATION TO THE RIGHT SYSTEM
Map the operation, your goals and the first process worth improving.
Choose the software, agents, connections and controls that fit the problem.
Build the agreed workflows and validate them with your team.
Review what works and scope the next improvements from a verified base.

YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell us what you want to improve. Choose a starting point and prepare a project brief for your Business Systems Audit.
Continue to the audit form to review and submit your needs. Scope, investment and any recurring costs are agreed with you.
A CLEARER PICTURE
Jarvis AI is a configurable intelligence environment from CIGSAAS. It brings business context, brains, agents, an operational core and integrations together. Hosting, controls, monitoring and recovery are scoped for your implementation; it is not an instant, universal feature bundle.
A brain interprets a request using business context, instructions and tools. Agents handle specific tasks. The operational core connects implemented workflows to data, permissions, rules and execution. Human review is included where the process requires it.
Operational components run in the environment agreed for your deployment. AI models and integrations may use external providers. “Your own intelligence” means configured around your company; it does not mean CIGSAAS created a foundational model or that all inference runs locally.
Only within the implemented workflows and permissions agreed with you. Repetitive actions may be automated while exceptions or consequential decisions require review. We define the boundaries before connecting a live process.
We start with your tools and processes. We check their APIs and access options, then design the connections that are practical. Some capabilities may require provider licences or services, which are identified in the scope.
The starting point is a Business Systems Audit. We assess the operation and outline a suitable approach. Your proposal defines deliverables, stages, investment and applicable recurring costs. There is no universal price or guaranteed timeline for every implementation.
